Panama‑based Serum Mamie Rum has tapped Latvian distributor 3B Solutions to secure its first foothold in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, The Spirits Business reports.
Darius Augaitis, director of 3B Solutions, plans to give Serum Mamie Rum “a strong focus” because its cocoa‑and‑toffee profile “stands up to famous labels already leading the market.”
The expression honors Mamie, proprietor of Panama City’s notorious 1920s bar, Kelley’s Ritz. According to Serum export manager Stepan Stanek, Mamie’s fearless hospitality inspired a rum that is “rich, smooth, and full of life.”
This launch marks the first phase of a wider Baltic roll‑out. Sister bottlings Ancon and Gorgas will follow once Serum Mamie Rum is established in the region. Currently, Serum’s portfolio sells in 25+ countries across Europe and North America.
The brand’s expansion mirrors recent activity by sibling label Mintis Gin, which partnered with Henkell Freixenet Baltic earlier this month to enter the same three markets.
