St. Nicholas Abbey

St.Nicholas Abbey presents a rare opportunity to visit a working sugar plantation. See the grinding of sugar cane (grown on the plantation), the traditional distillation process and the barreling in bourbon oak casks that produces the magnificent St. Nicholas Abbey Rum. Also tour the magnificent Great House and the stunning tropical gardens.


Foursquare Rum Distillery and Heritage Park

Foursquare Road, Four Roads, Barbados

Tucked away in the southern countryside of Barbados, on 8 acres of a former sugar plantation, is the magnificent Foursquare Rum Distillery and Heritage Park. This working rum factory is well known for its collection of rums, producing a wide range including the highly favoured Doorly’s, Old Brigand and E.S.A.Field. Foursquare Rum Distillery is the proud winner of the Rum Distillery of the Year in November 2016 at the IWSC in London, UK.


West Indies Rum Distillery

The distillery was opened in 1893 and has always used the latest distilling techniques to ensure the production of rums of the highest quality. Rums such as Cockspur and Malibu are produced here. Country singer Kenny Chesney also selected West Indies Rum Distillery to manufacture his Blue Chair Bay Rum.
