2. Omar’s Kitchen & Rum Bar

Omar’s Kitchen & Rum Bar is a Caribbean restaurant that draws inspiration from Chef Omar’s Jamaican heritage and travels. This funky, colorful bar offers creative Caribbean classics, rum, and outdoor seating.

3. The Dead Rabbit

The Dead Rabbit offers three distinctly different dining and drinking experiences. The Taproom, the Parlor, and the Occasional Room. It is a concept that works, and we remain the most awarded pub in the world. On weekends, DJs and live musicians liven up the most casual part of the bar most nights. 5. Jungle Bird

Jungle Bird is a cocktail destination in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Named after a classic drink of the same name. The Rum Bar BK is a cocktail bar with contemporary Caribbean food. Rum Bar is the latest addition to Franklin Avenue’s bar and restaurant scene. The spot has vibrant colors and a beautiful backyard. 9. Library of Distilled Spirits

The Library of Distilled Spirits is a polished venue in the Hyatt, showcasing hundreds of choices of liquors lining the walls and cocktails. They actually have a comprehensive liquor collection, which is a tribute to spirits makers and their craft, with over 1,500 bottles distilled around the world. They offer innovative cocktails, including an extensive list of classic drinks. The vintage captain’s chairs and small tables around the room provide a relaxing environment for daytime enjoyment or a lively cocktail scene at night.

10. Please Don’t Tell

Please Don’t Tell is an award-winning, speakeasy-style cocktail bar hidden behind the phone booth in the famed East Village hot dog joint, Crif Dogs.
