Women Leading Rum & Spirits (WLR&S) will officially participate in Rhum Fest Paris 2026 with a special panel taking place on Saturday, April 18 at 4:00 PM, as part of the festival’s official program. This participation represents an important milestone for the organization in its mission to elevate female leadership and create spaces for meaningful dialogue about the future of the global spirits industry.

For Larissa Arjona, President of WLR&S, this panel holds strategic importance for the organization: “This panel reflects our vision: to create spaces where women in the industry can share their experience, their insight, and their vision for the future. Rhum Fest Paris is one of the most influential stages in the world of rum, and being present there means advancing toward a more diverse, more conscious industry that is better connected to the new generations of consumers. We are proud to bring this conversation to Paris.”

“Shaping the Future of Spirits — Adapting Without Losing Our Soul”

The panel will bring together representatives from heritage brands with strong international presence to discuss how rum houses are evolving in response to new consumer expectations—wellness, premiumisation, sustainability, and innovation—while preserving authenticity, identity, and craftsmanship. The session will feature Priscilla García (Arehucas), Natally Andersson (Bacardi), Larissa Arjona (Ron Abuelo), and Marie (Ron Millonario), who will offer diverse perspectives from their respective brands. The discussion will be moderated by Walter Aguilar, who will guide a dynamic, accessible, and inspiring conversation for the audience while maintaining the depth and credibility that define the industry.
