The Miami Rum Congress, the premier gathering for rum professionals in the southern United States, will return for its 2026 edition from February 6–8, taking place at the iconic Miami Beach Convention Center. Known as a key gateway to the U.S. market, Florida and this event serve as the strategic meeting point for the global rum industry.
This three-day event is presented by TheRumLab and will once again bring together a diverse blend of rum professionals, brand owners, distillers, mixologists, spirits buyers, media, and enthusiasts from across the Americas and the Caribbean.
Friday, February 6, will be the dedicated Congress Day, offering a full program of seminars and panels exclusively for brand owners, master distillers, and marketing executives.
Saturday, February 7, is the public-facing Grand Tasting experience, accompanied by educational seminars and the 4th edition of Congreso de Ron en Español, hosted by Unidos por el Ron. For 2026, two major new features will join the program:
Sunday, February 8 will close the weekend with the stylish Industry Soirée and bartender competitions, further cementing the event’s role as a hub for creativity and connection.
In addition to its core rum programming, the 2026 Miami Rum Congress continues its evolution by integrating other premium spirits into the experience. Attendees can look forward to tastings of fine cognacs, gins, whiskys, and other specialty spirits, reflecting the dynamic nature of the industry and the palates of today’s spirits consumers.
The excitement will build throughout the city during Rhum Week Miami, a curated series of activations leading up to the main event. Select Miami-Dade cocktail bars will be spotlighted for their must-try daiquiris and rum-forward menus, encouraging both locals and visitors to explore the city’s vibrant cocktail culture.
