Esteemed tropical cocktail bar and eatery, Esotico Miami, is excited to collaborate with South Florida’s Hawaiian community to generate financial support for victims of the Maui wildfires. The charity gathering is set for September 7, 2023, taking place at Esotico Miami between 7:30 pm and 11:00 pm, with an afterparty at the Kaona Room.
Visitors can expect an evening soaked in Hawaiian tradition, complete with genuine Hula dances, fire performances, and live tunes from artists of Hālau Hula O Nā Liko A’o Puna and 808 Luau Entertainment. All performing talents are offering their skills pro bono, as a symbol of community unity and compassion.
On arrival, attendees will receive a seashell lei and a Diplomatico Planas Pineapple Daiquiri as a welcome drink.
Esotico Miami’s owner and tropical cocktail expert, Daniele Dalla Pola, has curated a 14-drink special menu for the occasion. The lineup ranges from classic Mai Tais to Hawaiian-inspired beverages like the Lilikoi and Blue Hawaiian cocktails.
The culinary offerings will stay true to Hawaiian flavors, spotlighting dishes such as Lomi Lomi, Hawaiian sushi rolls, Spam Musubi, and the main attraction—Luau Pork served with coconut rice.
Daniele Dalla Pola shares his enthusiasm: “The Aloha spirit holds a special place in my heart, and it’s a privilege to assist my Hawaiian kin in this time of need. The event will be a cultural feast, celebrating Hawaii’s rich heritage.”
Esotico Miami is pledging to contribute 50% of all revenue from food and drinks directly to the Maui Strong Fund managed by Hawai‘i Community Foundation.
Additionally, the event will include an “Aloha Market” pop-up featuring authentic Hawaiian merchandise. All sales will benefit the Maui Strong Fund.
This is an open call for both corporate and individual participants to contribute to the welfare of those impacted by the Maui wildfires.
