1. Spiced Apple & Ginger

Nothing screams autumn quite like the flavor of spiced apples and ginger. This cocktail combines the sweetness of spiced rum with the tartness of apple juice and ginger ale for a drink that’s perfect for sipping by the fire.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz BACARDÍ Spiced Rum
  • 1 ½ oz apple juice
  • 1 ½ oz ginger ale
  • 2 dashes Angostura® bitters (optional)
  • 1 lime wedge

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Build all liquid ingredients into the glass, squeeze a wedge of lime, and add Angostura bitters if desired.
  3. Stir all the ingredients to combine.
  4. Garnish with another lime wedge or an apple slice.

  1. Combine the rum, maple syrup, and bitters in a rocks glass.
  2. Add ice and stir until well mixed.

  2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
  3. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz BACARDÍ Spiced rum
  • 3 oz hot water
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 1 star anise
  • 1/4 heaping tsp soft brown sugar
  • 1 ½ knobs unsalted butter
  • lemon

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves. After the sugar dissolves, simmer for 5-10 minutes to infuse all the flavors.
  3. Pour the mixture into a serving vessel.
  4. Serve in individual mugs. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon wheel.

5. Cranberry Rum Punch

  1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then fill it with ice and shake! If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a mason jar.
  2. Strain the drink into a stemmed cocktail glass.
  3. Add garnish and serve.

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to the shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into Collins glass.
  3. Top with cold brew chai tea and garnish with mint.
