Eric Winter and his wife Roselyn Sanchez stole the spotlight last month during a glamorous, star-studded event in West Hollywood. The Rookie star, alongside his co-founder Brad Parkes, hosted a lively celebration for their Palm Republic rum new partnership with the 1 Hotel West Hollywood. Attendees were treated to a lively atmosphere, and Eric and Roselyn, the co-founder and Grand Hotel actress, radiated as they posed for promotional photos for their new venture.

The Rookie Stars Show Support

Many of Eric’s The Rookie co-stars supported him, including Alyssa Diaz, Mekia Cox, Melissa O’Neil, Deric Augustine, and Richard T. Jones. Even the show’s creator, Alexi Hawley, joined in, showing the cast’s camaraderie off-screen.

Palm Republic: A Dream Turned Reality

Palm Republic rum, launched in June 2024, has been a project driven by passion and craftsmanship. Eric credits Roselyn for igniting his love for rum, which started with his first trip to Puerto Rico to meet her family. Over the past two years, he has collaborated with master mixologists and spirit experts to create a unique and premium rum. Upon launching the brand, Eric shared his excitement on social media, saying, “This has been a journey, and I’m so proud of Palm Republic! You are going to love it!”

Expanding Palm Republic’s Reach

Currently, Palm Republic is available online and initially launched in Florida stores, with plans to expand to more states. The brand proudly partners with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, supporting families of fallen first responders, veterans, and their families. The brand has already achieved notable recognition, winning a gold medal at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a prestigious event in the spirits industry.
