The Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience, introduced in 2018, highlights the spirit profile defined by pot distillation and a limestone-rich water source. Tours run Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3: 30 p.m. and require reservations, and walk-ins are allowed.
Visitors start with a rum cocktail at the welcome center, then explore the property, operate the sugarcane mill, and receive a bag of sugarcane bits to take home.
