V Rum Embraces Winter with New Spiced Rum

As the weather cools, British brand V Rum has introduced its first spiced rum, crafted to elevate winter cocktails and enhance cozy sipping moments.

A Warm Profile: Tropical Fruits and Winter Spices

Distilled in V Rum’s cutting-edge sustainable facility in Hampshire, England, V Spiced brings together a delicate blend of tropical citrus fruits, warm sweet spices, and a smoky hint of pineapple, banana, and brown sugar. These flavors create a rich profile perfect for spiced rum fans and winter gatherings.

Sustainability at the Core

True to its commitment to sustainability, V Spiced sports a label crafted from 95% sugarcane waste and a blend of hemp and linen. V Rum’s distillery itself runs on 100% renewable energy, using green gas supplied by Ecotricity, an advanced heat-recovery system to reduce emissions, and locally sourced molasses to limit air miles.

“Perfecting the Recipe”

V Rum’s co-founder, Carl Churchill, shared insights for The Spirit Business Magazine on this new release: “Since our launch a few months ago, we’ve received amazing feedback, but the request for a spiced version was overwhelming. After months of refining the recipe, we’re thrilled to bring V Spiced to market, just in time for winter cocktails or enjoying neat by the fire.”

A New Addition to the V Rum Collection

Bottled at 37.5% ABV, V Spiced joins the brand’s lineup of premium offerings, including the Premium White Rum (40% ABV) and Overproof White Rum (60% ABV). V Spiced is available now on the brand’s website for £27.99 (US$36).

London RumFest Debut

V Rum’s new spiced expression made a memorable debut at the closing party of London RumFest, held at The Prince in southwest London, where guests got the first taste of this warm winter release.
