Distilled in the heart of Central America from the finest pure sugar cane, Two Shores Rum is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks for 8 years in Panama before being further aged for a minimum of 9 months on the west coast of Ireland in hand-selected aged Irish whiskey casks. 

This innovative process combines the humid on-the-equator ageing with secondary Irish whiskey finishes, creating a unique range of rums that are distinctively smooth and complex, perfect for sipping neat.

The Peated Cask Strength Finish, which earned the top honour, is a testament to Two Shores’ commitment to excellence and innovation in the Irish rum industry. This exceptional rum joins the brand’s celebrated range, which includes finishes in 19-year-old single malt Irish whiskey, Oloroso sherry, and Amarone wine casks.
