The United States is considered one of the most important countries for the entire rum industry, and California has a rich history of rum love. The Golden State is home to world renowned bars like Smuggler’s Cove in San Francisco, Longitude in Oakland, Forbidden Island in Alameda, Tonga Hut in Palm Springs and Hollywood, Caña Rum Bar in Los Angeles, and the iconic Don the Beachcomber in Huntington Beach, considered by many to be the birthplace of Tiki. Tiki festivals like Tiki Oasis and Tiki Caliente draw rum lovers and cocktail enthusiasts from around the globe year after year. The Second Annual California Rum Festival will continue this great tradition, aiming to be the West Coast’s Official Rum Expo.
The Second Annual California Rum Festival is being produced by The Rum Lab. Tickets can be purchased at: http://californiarumfestival.
