The Story behind the Mandarin Tiki Dream
I was obsessed with orange Creamsicles growing up. I wanted to create an homage that combines their sweet, fruity taste with Southeast Asian and Polynesian flavors. Coconut milk, lime juice, simple syrup, and white rum are all common tiki ingredients, and I think the addition of mandarin and ginger liqueur brings a nice element to the mix. This tasty cocktail definitely stands out in a crowd.
