ARGENTINA
Argentina has several rum distilleries, including small-batch and artisanal producers like Del Sur Secret Distillery and Tickerman, which is known for using local molasses and Andes spring water. Other distilleries include Ceperas Argentinas, Tres Leones, and those operated by families like Peter’s Hermanos. Note that Isla Ñ Rum, once Argentina’s only boutique distillery, shut down its domestic operations in 2013.
